Historical experience includes construction progress inspection and lender-side draw/progress observation on custom residential and multifamily/condominium construction, with emphasis on visible progress, documentation, and decision support.
Federal court receiver / receivership-team support
Historical experience includes construction, property stabilization, repair, vendor coordination, project completion, and field support performed for federal court receivers and receiver teams in California. RPS&S does not represent that its principal served as the appointed receiver.
Property renovation & portfolio operations
Experience includes apartment turns, renovation programs, repairs, maintenance coordination, vendor management, property operations, and multi-property environments.
Municipal, institutional & hospitality facilities
Historical work has included municipal facilities and employee housing, healthcare-related environments, hospitality/vacation-rental portfolios, and recurring property services.
